What happens if I run out of credits?: On the Free plan, you'll hit a hard cap and need to wait until next month. On paid plans, overage credits are billed at the end of each billing cycle at your plan's overage rate.
Can I switch plans at any time?: Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the end of your current billing period.
What counts as an entry?: An entry is a single piece of content in a collection - for example, one row in a CSV, one article, or one product. Entries are chunked and embedded automatically.
What is a chunk?: A chunk is a smaller segment of an entry's content. Longer entries are automatically split into multiple chunks so that search and AI features can work more accurately. Each chunk costs 1 credit to embed. Short entries typically produce just one chunk, while longer documents may produce several.
Do unused credits roll over?: No. Credits reset at the start of each billing cycle.
Is there an enterprise plan?: We're working on custom plans for high-volume users. Get in touch if you need more than what the Scale plan offers.
