Terms of Service
Last updated June 29, 2026
These Terms govern your purchase and use of Datalumo. By buying a license or using the software, you agree to them.
Payments & Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy. Lemon Squeezy handles the transaction, billing, fraud screening, and the collection and remittance of any applicable taxes (such as VAT or sales tax). Your purchase is therefore also subject to Lemon Squeezy's buyer terms and privacy policy. We never receive or store your full payment card details.
Pricing & subscription
A Datalumo license is $299 for the first year, which includes a one-time $200 setup fee, and then renews at $99 per year for continued updates and support. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through the customer portal link provided by Lemon Squeezy; cancelling stops future renewals but does not retroactively refund the current term.
Refunds
You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy.
Your license
- A valid license grants you the Datalumo Docker image and its updates for as long as the license is active.
- If you stop renewing, you may keep using the current version indefinitely, but you will no longer receive updates or support.
- A license covers one instance unless you purchased a multi-instance license. Licenses are non-transferable, and reselling or redistributing the software is not permitted.
Support
Support is intentionally light-touch: the documentation is the first stop, and with an active license we ship updates and follow up on genuine Datalumo bugs. Support does not include hands-on server administration — we will not log into your infrastructure or fix issues unrelated to Datalumo. Hands-on setup is available as a separate paid arrangement.
AI providers
Datalumo uses AI models that you provide — either via your own provider keys (OpenAI, Gemini, Mistral, xAI) or a local model. You are responsible for your use of, and any charges from, those providers, and for complying with their terms.
Your data & intellectual property
You own the content and data you process with Datalumo. We own the Datalumo software and retain all rights not expressly granted to you under your license.
Disclaimer & liability
The software is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Datalumo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your license in the twelve months before the claim.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
