Questions

→How big is the embed?

A single script tag loads the official widget SDK. Chat and search share the same package.

→Can I use my own button to open chat?

Yes. Bubble and sidebar accept a trigger, and the SDK exposes open, close, and toggle.

→Does it work with SPAs?

Yes. The embed is client-side; headless and config APIs support custom front ends. Our own app keeps a bubble across Livewire navigations.

→What if I hit the answer limit?

Chat can fall back to free search results so the widget still helps. Search alone stays unlimited on paid plans.

→Do I need a developer?

Not for the default bubble or search modal. Custom UI and CMS plugins are there when you outgrow the snippet.
